Novane shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately Sale items are non-returnable.

To be able to return your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The client will be held responsible for the cost of the shipping fee for the returned package.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item/s and, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or the same item but another size send us an email at bester2ane@gmail.com and send your item to: North Bank Lane, The Island Club, 601 Capri, Century City, Cape Town, 7441.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

All orders will only be processed and shipped when payment has been received.

All orders will be charged with a R85 Standard Shipping rate and will be delivered to the address provided by the client.
Take note, an additional shipping fee will be added if item(s) weight more than 2kg* (including packaging)

*Each item is carefully weighed with its packaging to ensure that no damage or harm can occur to the item during transit.

 Shipping is only available in South Africa (in all 9 provinces).

Orders will be shipped within (2-5 Days) after order has been paid.
